Thank you for choosing Seattle Outboard, your professional engine remanufacturing source. As we know a new powerhead or complete engine replacement is very expensive. By choosing our powerheads you will save thousands for a product as close to new as possible. We specialize in rebuilding all 2-stroke OEM manufacturers including; OMC/BRP, Force, Mercury, and Yamaha. We also offer personal watercraft powerheads and all crankshafts including pressed and one piece design. We invite all inquiries and questions pertaining to process and pricing.

We now offer Mercury High Performance Remanufacturing for all V6 models including, 2.4 Bridgeport, 2.5 260, 2.5 280, 3.0 Promax and 300X. My 28 Skater's reliability speaks for itself. Every production and high performance engine is hand built like my own.

OUR REBUILD PROCESS

With our quality control we offer the finest rebuild available. We use new pistons, bearings, and seals; every powerhead comes with a complete gasket set . All blocks are completely and thoroughly inspected. All cylinders are honed or bored oversized as needed (in some cases cylinders are sleeved back to standard). Each component is installed with precision accuracy. With this in mind nothing is left to chance but a A-one rebuilt powerhead.

POWERHEAD WARRANTY

Seattle Outboard guarantees our powerheads against any defect in our parts or craftmanship for a period of 180 days. In case of warranty, subject to our inspection and determination, we will replace or repair the powerhead.

This Warranty is subject to the following limitations:

1. Our 1 year limited warranty covers the last 6 months after purchase, LABOR ONLY, all other expenses are the customers.
2. In the case of installation by anyone other than a certified marine dealer, the warranty is void.
3. You must receive prior written authorization from Seattle Outboard before attempting to correct any and all possible warranty issues yourself.
4. Disassembling or removing any component of the powerhead without prior authorization will VOID this warranty.
5. In some cases you will be asked to remove the powerhead and ship it to our location, freight prepaid. We will then inspect the powerhead and make a warranty determination.

Powerheads will be shipped C.O.D. Payable by company check or prepay by credit card- VISA/Mastercard.
